All I have to say to you is "thank you very much for the understanding and consideration". A fabulous lady. 100% trustworthy. I had booked two Festive Family Deluxe King rooms through her. However, one of the rooms ended up with a Deluxe room. After informing her, she agreed to refund me the difference in the two room rates. I had received the refund within a day. She is very sensible and efficient. I hope every seller in Carousel can have the same attitude like her.

The experience is good. Seller may not reply very very promptly (at times) but the info given is sufficient when the reply comes. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and confirm period of stay early. Overall this deal is not a scam and is worth the penny!

Good and recommand seller.. gg extra mile to help me secure the family room.. which is very last minute for him... the transition is smooth and easy. Will definitely get room from him in the future and recommand PPL to him. Can be trusted seller.

I have sold quite a few things as a seller and now me being a buyer im extremely happy with this seller etiquette. Prices is good. Most importantly though not the cheapest BUT HE HAS PAYPAL SERVICE!!!!!!!! To me paying in hard solid cash is a hassle especially this amt and now if I can pay thru paypal is much more easier for me as I can save my cash for other purposes. Kudos to this seller great service. As a consumer convenience and trustworthy is more impt than anything else. 2 thumbs up!!!
