i have dealed with this buyer before on another account.she did the exact same thing again—backing out. first she'll show interest in something.she'll start to give slow replies and lastly,just plain ignoring you,not even telling you she isn't interested in your item anymore.this is probably her only negative feedback but i don't really care because this buyer did the exact same thing to me TWICE(on another account).deal at your own risk.i suggest not to even bother talking or replying to her.
