This could have been packed mindfully. As a seller myself, I always ensure that items are properly and securely wrapped so they arrive in good condition to the buyer. In this case, the item was not adequately packaged, and its condition does not match what was advertised (not 10/10). There was a similar item available at a lower price, but I chose this listing bc it was stated to be in 10/10 cond.

Hi! Sorry if the item did not meet your expectations. What you received is exactly the same item posted and I even sent additional photos before you decided to purchase. You were also able to negotiate a ₱400 discount which was already a huge adjustment on my end. Regarding the packaging, I still made sure I packed it presentably and even added "fragile" note on it. The item was not damaged during transit. Since this is PRELOVED, I hope expectations are managed accordingly. Thank you.
