At first item arrived wrong size. When I returned it somehow the keyboard cover was not in the package, according to her. To which she asked me to make more payment since she claimed I didnt return everything. Of course I worried that it was a scammer's tactic. If you've online shopped as long as I have, you've been scammed more than enough times and is rightfully suspicious of ppl. However, suggested a solution and it was just an honest mistake. Got my mbp case finally and it fits perfectly!
