Since this seller has blocked us we have no choice but to inform the seller though this review, A police report has been filed of this matter and we are proceeding in filing a small claims against this person with a given notice of 3 days to respond. It is irresponsible and unacceptable to decline all responsibility as a seller to a faulty item online, it is a case legally as we have consulted .

The watch was sold brand new and factory sealed at a discounted price as a private sale with no warranty promised. I also asked the buyer to inspect/check the item during the deal, which was declined. A few days later, issues were raised. Despite not being obligated, I still offered a goodwill reimbursement to help with repairs. Unfortunately, I was met with abusive language and harassment afterwards despite trying to resolve the matter reasonably.
