Item was not new as per describe. Seller mentioned box is still sealed with original sticker. However, upon check further, item was opened and the plastic bag for the keyboard was also missing. At least keyboard was working fine after using for half a day.

Was selling for a friend and assumed that item was sealed as it did look like it wasn’t opened before. Hence, gave the wrong description to buyer. Upon finding out from buyer, apologised multiple times and even suggested that I could meet up and refund him immediately. Buyer said it was alright and did not reply after. Overlooked this time. Will definitely be more careful in the future.
