please see my profile for the chat history - i asked buyer to TEXT me, explained that it is my grandmother’s unit. buyer KNOCKED but did not TEXT (can you hear a knock if you’re in your room with airpods in??). my grandmother has severe dementia, hallucination and delirium, so if a stranger shows up, she would not open the door, or worse, scold the family members possibly for a few hours. it’s my bad for selling a FREE item to someone who cannot comprehend basic instructions
