We provided a shoe bag and marked the package as fragile, so it’s disappointing to receive a negative review solely because of the shoe box. Thank you for the transaction nonetheless.
Follow-up review
Regarding the ₱100 shipping fee we quoted before the actual shipping date, we had to stick with that amount since shipping costs depend on the item’s weight. The actual shipping fee turned out to be ₱89, and we simply gave the remaining ₱11 as a tip to the courier. We didn’t think such a small difference would be an issue. Thank you again for your purchase.
2 months ago (edited)You should have informed me beforehand that you will use the ₱11 to tip the courier. There are so many shops i transact with, and no problem with them returning the change even if it is ₱7 or even ₱5. Just asking for transparency which you obviously didn’t have.
