Smooth transaction

For a $10 item, I usually want the buyer to come to my place to pick up. But the buyer pleaded for us to meet at amk mrt station instead as he is unfamiliar with amk area. Out of goodwill, I obliged. We arranged to meet at amk mrt at 9.30 pm. I drove there and reached on time. At 9.32 pm, buyer texted me saying he'll only reach at 10 pm. He could have told me earlier. I left. Beware of this buyer who does not honour his words. Don't waste your time.
