Please be careful when dealing with this buyer. when asked me if can deal the same day, I said ok but he changed his mind to deal the next day. after offering and I accepted the offer, supposed to meet at 5pm to deal but at 4.20pm, changed his mind. I'm sorry but I felt that this is an unethical buyer to deal with. hope the rest do not experience what I experienced.
