Buyer negotiated on the price and made an offer which I accepted on 6th August. For 3 weeks buyer kept indicating difficulty to take this deal forward, first regarding the deposit, then brother not interested in taking the chair, then some approval from office and finally renegotiating the price on the day of pickup. I had no choice but to agree to the conditions but there was no response
