Yes, she is definitely not a genuine buyer, we have the same experience too. Started to arrange since 18 oct and supposed to meet for our $10 Bag, but finally on meet up day, wish to change location and informed her pay is not in. She can meet only after pay is received, which was yesterday 2pm. We accepted. Then we supposed to meet today between 5-6pm as she suggested, but gone MIA with no reply. Not very responsible buyer. 😅 sorry to give negative feedback.
