The dress I purchased had yellowish stains which were not disclosed. I asked the seller before buying if may stains/damages and she said none. Upon receiving the dress I immediately informed her about the stains but I was just ignored. This is sad because other sellers naman would acknowledge and even offer a return/refund. But from this seller wala talaga. Would not recommend buying from her.

hi, I’d like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.The dress was packed late at night &unfortunately I did not personally notice the stain at that time as I asked someone to help pack it.There was absolutely no intention to mislead.I also apologize for the delayed response as I was so busy over the past few days.For transparency I have already msg youthat I am willing to accept a return &provide a refund. ff UPDATE: A full refund was issued immediately upon notification.
