BAD experience. photos looks fine, but when I got it and held it on hand, it is yellowish and hard as rock. the shoes had been stored for years, plastic aged and cannot be used. i requested 60% refund, not 100%. she agreed. I sent several electronic refund methods, and messages and no more reply thereafter.
