Initial experience was good. sale was fast and they were responsive however HUGE, HUGE concern set in when the item (juicer) was put into use and produced plastic shavings in the juice (which we only saw later floating ). By that time I had already given my kids juice probably containing the PLASTIC. Seller is taking zero responsibility and did not flinch on the health hazard. Filed a report
