buyer backed out of deal

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUYER. sold my item at $30 but she bargained for $25 which i agreed to. when we met up, she was late and refused to tap out as her card no money. didnt even have exact change of $25 which i told her to bring. so i allowed her to pay me $20 FIRST, and transfer me the remaining $5 afterwards. but LOL after one day she still nvr transfer and ignored all my messages. DISHONEST!
