Unbelievable price point almost like it was a giveaway. Good communication too. One of my first purchase in carousell and because of transactions like these, it makes me want to utilize this site more often. It's a Ferrari LaFerrari, still the prettiest Ferrari in my opinion since it launched more than a decade ago.

Since you are selling jewelry. Authenticity should be a priority. You mention when in doubt don't get it. Why the fuss? Buyer should not be pressured to purchase without proper assurance. Transparency builds trust. Unfortunately that was lacking to this transaction. Overall, this experience is disappointing. I hope you can improve how you deal with buyers in the future.

What was not transparent enough for you when you already demanded several videos which was already provided without suspicion in Viber. Already confirmed that it was already authenticated in so many second hand luxury dealerships. Time wasted was my primary concern. Thank you. Anyway, apologies if you felt that you weren’t accommodated well, that was truly not my intention. But no worries, this can also be a learning experience :) To be fair, I was selling it to you for only half the price.
