Amazing buyer. Nice and polite. Looking forward to seeing you soon 🩷

Unresponsive buyer. Disappeared after making an offer… Hope this buyer can respective other people’s time as well. A simple answer whether to buy or not is just basic manners.

Easygoing buyer
Soooooo nice and outgoing buyer , and pretty 🤓

Buyer is perfect example of “high expectations, zero understanding.” Demand perfection on low price used item, yet too lazy to study policy. Tiny spot = “Used” not “faulty.” Carousell does NOT require seller list every tiny spot. The listing clearly show the full garment. If demand brand-new perfection, don’t shop secondhand. Zoom in photo or ask b4 buy. Don’t blame selling on your own ignorance.

This buyer confuses normal used condition with faulty goods. To other sellers - Don’t let anyone pressure you into refunds for honest listings. Know the difference and stand your ground. Here is the definition of “Used” vs “Faulty” Used = Normal wear, minor spots, slight fading. Faulty = Broken, torn, excessive stains, missing parts.
1 month ago (edited)This seller is a perfect example of high defensiveness and zero understanding . If you read her description, items were worn at most once or twice. One was brand new. There are still apparent stains and bad odor in them. She failed to accept her failure to truly reflect the condition of her items and honor her agreement for refund. If she cannot be trusted with $100-300 purchase, i cannot imagine how one can trust this carousel seller of more expensive items.

This buyer has unrealistic expectations, demand brand-new, premium quality on a 2nd-hand platform at rock-bottom prices. She complained about minor spot & smell. Recognizing how difficult she is, I offered a refund to avoid prolonged conflict, but she missed the agreed date & ask me to wait an extra week. This led me withdrew the refund offer. Being reasonable doesn’t mean tolerating unreasonable.

According to Carousell’s policy, Used=normal wear, sellers are not require to list every tiny spot, subjective complaints about minor imperfections are not eligible for refunds. Item priced and listed as used. Buyer should read Buyer policy before purchase to understand the difference between normal wear and ‘significantly not as described.’ My listing was accurate, your expectations are not.
1 month ago (edited)Very sadly it is difficult to communicate openly with the seller. Still failed to admit her cutoff of contact when i offered to return the garment on the confirmed date. Despite the many occasions to highlight how she didnt care abt a few hundreds thus “willing” to offer the refund, she did not honor to refund $800 in total. I suggest the seller better off donate her clothes rather than be bothered by buyers on carousel who are entitled to have expectation.

A demanding but cheap buyer who expects brand-new quality. This European brand dress was listed HK$100 (98% off retail). Buyer complaints a minor stains, I still offer a refund as good faith despite not agree it was faulty. Refund withdrawn only after buyer missed the confirmed return date and rudely ordered me to wait one week due to her busy schedule with no cooperation shown.

This buyer has truly gone too far. Platform policies confirm my listings clearly said “used” not “faulty.” I offered to wash off the tiny spots. I offered a refund. Yet she still demands I wait another week after she missed the agreed return date. Why should my clothes stay with her for 2 weeks? I have been more than reasonable. Enough is enough. We should not tolerate this kind of behavior.
1 month ago (edited)Plz keep your manners and stick to the fact that you mentioned nothing on your listing about the faults. It is not fair to the buyers whatever price you are selling them at. Please correct your delusion that people should suck up to stains and odor because your are selling them at a lower price. This is just not right. I offered to return the clothes on the agreed date ie yesterday but you failed to reply and honor your agreement. Liar.

Warning to sellers !! This unreasonable buyer claimed a “bad smell” on a used leather jacket and demanded a refund. Under Carousell policy, smell is subjective and NOT a valid fault. The jacket is genuine Patrizia Pepe (retail HK$6K+), sold at HK$200 and clearly listed as used. Leather naturally has scent. Scent variation is normal for used leather goods. Avoid this buyer!

Under Carousell policy, smell of leather does not constitute a faulty item, as scent perception is subjective. Some may interpret it as musty, while others recognize as normal leather scent after storage. There is no objective standard compare other leather jacket. If buyer is unfamiliar, she is encourage to research how leather behaves after storage or check official policy on subjective claims.
1 month ago (edited)Oh my! This leather jacket claimed to be worn once or twice smelled bad, unlike all leather jackets i had. The seller’s response, “my gucci leather jackets all have problems too”.. so if her gucci leather jackets hav problems too of course patrizia pepe jackets too. So warning to all buyers, this is an irresponsible seller. Not owning up to her faulty item. Be careful.

Worst experience ever! ! This buyer expect HK$100–200 branded second hand clothing to be perfect, but did not inquire condition prior purchase . She claimed minor spots were faults. To avoid conflict, I offered refund & she promised to meet up after a week but failed to do so, rudely telling me to meet another week coz she was busy. Due to this unreasonable delay, I have withdrawn my refund offer.

Smell is NOT consider a fault under Carousell policy. Smell is subjective, everyone has different sensitivity to scents. “Musty” vs “Normal leather smell. This genuine Patrizia Pepe leather jacket retail for HK$6K+, sold at HK$200, reflects its secondhand condition. Leather naturally has a distinct scent, without major defects does not qualify as a faulty item.
1 month ago (edited)The worst purchase experience ever! The jacket smells. I offered to air it out for a week but the stench stinked my room still. We never fixed the time for refund and return and she did not honor her agreement. She did not reply when i offered to drop off the garment on the agreed date. If you buy from her, you have to suck up to the condescending attitudes that “suck it up to whatever since she is selling it for 100-300 only”. Not so honest in not listing the stains prior to purchase!!!
