Aakif and his lovely wife are genuine cat lovers who take pride in their work too. My fur kid was well taken care of, the entire process of grooming well documented and updated live. I never encountered anyone providing these updates throughout, amazing. Only one hiccup during the grooming process but aakif and wife were extremely proactive in resolving the issue. I brought my British Shorthair in for a basic grooming session and was really impressed!! 😍😍 The groomer understood the breed’s dense coat and handled the degreasing process gently but thoroughly. My cat usually hates baths, but they kept her calm the entire process. She came back fluffy, clean, and not stressed at all. Definitely coming back!
