I purchased an item from this buyer. She said there were seals on the product. But when I received the product, the seals were open. 2 out of 5 ampoules were half empty. So I took a photo and reported it to her. Out of guilt, she refunded I sent her back the product. Now she’s accusing me of cheating her by using her product. What a liar! I must report the case!
