The condition of the sofa was quite different from what's shown in the photo. It was stated as lightly used but it was definitely well used. The sofa was full of dog fur and with stains and smells. Quite disappointing that it was never mentioned by the seller beforehand. Would appreciate if the seller has mentioned it beforehand even though it's being given out as free.

Nowhere in my listing did I state that the sofa is new or free of defects. The sofa was NOT full of dog hair with stains and smells as stated. I DO NOT keep dogs. It was kept in my master bedroom and hardly used. Hence, I do not understand where her stains and smells came from. It was vacuumed well and cleaned before listing. Totally ungrateful for a person to ASK for a free gift and then wrote damning comments about it. A great example of an entitled Karen.
