How are we suppose to know what colour we receive without opening the package? Please argue to make sense. The conversation we had clearly showed we wanted a different product of a different colour. How are we to know if the product received is correct without opening up. C'mon please substantiate your argument with proper sense. Texted to this person resulted in no reply subsequently! Is this how u conduct your business? Very bad! Lousy!
