Friendly and super nice buyer!
Buyer created dispute immediately without prior consultation. Immediately after the dispute was raised, the refund request was denied. Buyer then goes on to request additional refund. At first, I believed the item was truly fake, but it seems like the buyer just didn’t want the item.
Follow-up review
Please avoid this buyer. Just because you don’t like the item doesn’t mean you can just refund it and accuse me of selling fake items.
9 months ago (edited)There was 2 indications that your item are fake - PVC handle instead of leather and button was not even aligned in the middle. But since you have receipt from Shoppe my refund request was denied by Carousel. Honestly, did you try to adressed the 2 indication i mentioned above? Why is the handle PVC and why is the button not aligned? So, It was not right of you to say i did’t want the item. The item is a clear fake.
