Instructions of purchase was clear, but I do not know why during the method of payment, there was a sudden change of tone.

Well, all I can say this is a scam. Why? In the first place, everything was provided in new and very good condition. I just sold that because it does not really fit me at all because I am wide feet. It was shipped in perfect condition, all of a sudden, I was told the item was damaged. Seeing the pictures, it was never mine at all. The soles of the slippers of the same exact one was used and dirty while mine was clean. Then the stitches were broken?, how come? If that was really mine, will refund
