She accepted the offer (the price asked), organised a time and the day before sent me a message saying someone else offered more. She wasn't the tiniest bit apologetic, I said that she shouldn't have accepted my offer or gone through this entire process in the first place. To future buyers/sellers I can happily send screenshots because I wasn't rude. I don't think it registered that when you accept an offer that stands as a confirmation of the item. She wasted my time. :(
