I was cautious at first bcos seller asked for partial payment upfront, but seller was able to explain why and I was ok with it. the rest of transaction went smoothly and communication was good throughout. really appreciate the delivery!

The seller did not honour the offer accepted (since 15 May) and gave spurious reasons for failed attempts at meet-up/delivery. Deposits were refunded TWICE by different persons/ accounts. The seller was not contactable and did not explain why nor make alternative arrangements to honour the deal. Have also reported this seller to the Carousell administrator.

Buyer was rude and constantly uses "I'll leave you a review if I don't receive the ipad by.."date".. when I have already told the buyer reason why the ipad arrived late. I decided to call off the deal two weeks ago but started receiving long and threatening texts thereafter that if i refuse to sell it to her, she will post negative review and report me. Question is, shouldn't you reflect on yourself/character why a seller decides to refund you back the money?
Review edited -Update: I paid full deposit twice like another buyer on the reviews. Was very polite to seller. Trusted and gave benefit of doubt both times. Both times a ‘situation’ cropped up. In the end refund is given from another account both times. Sadly, wasted a lot of time on this deal.

Agreed deal 2 weeks ago, paid deposit. Subsequently seller say delivery delayed and to reschedule. I continued to pay the deposit and stayed committed to the deal, checking in constantly on the delivery status. Finally, seller returned the deposit and deal with another party after 2 weeks since offer was accepted. Seller is evasive, unresponsive and unethical. Avoid

Understand it was my fault for not letting the buyer know it was urgent and sold to another buyer b/c full payment was made by other buyer. However, I have already apologised multiple times and even tried to compensate the buyer in the form of cash for any inconvenience caused and told him I will reorder for him. He rejected the ofter. Have a bigger heart, sir.
