Made me wait 30 mins then ended up not buying the phone saying it did not work although it did and only battery was discharged

took quite long to decide on the deal and kept on negotiating even though i made it clear multiple times that the price was fixed, deal took place in the end but need to have lots of patience with this guy. i told him in advance that the deal had to be quick as i was in a rush but he insisted on me going down to look for him despite our agreement on the meet up place and made me late.
