Seller was dishonest. Shoes advertised as "like new" and when I asked to confirm it there's any peeling, she said no. When the shoes arrived, it was obviously in a bad condition and with it cracking peeling inside out. Have message the seller and it was ignored. I've already reported to Carousell but please be aware of this dishonest seller. This is my worst experience buying on Carousell.

Hi.. I was going overseas when u msg me, I didn’t mean to ignore you! I did reply and apologised to u immediately. But u were pretending that never received my msg. Anyway, I did refunding half to you n requested u to remove the complaints then only pay u the balance at that time. But u still keep ignoring me n holding the complaint for 3 weeks n didn’t want to remove it. For ur info, I’m a 5 star account in Carousell for the past 4 years. Means that nobody complains me during all this while.
