I had my first session with Joann and it was a pleasant one. She is very meticulous and detailed in explaining the product and facial steps. She even shared some useful tips. Her place is also cozy and comfortable and most importantly no hard sell on packages like other beauty salons. Will definitely be back for regular facials:)
