With all due respect. Thereโs a fine line between uncleaned and defective. The toy might still have itโs batteries inside but itโs not damage at all and still has sounds. Your kid get to enjoy it right? I offered a refund and I'll get the item back but you declined bc you know for a fact that it's working and you just gave me a reason that your kid loved it and might look for it.
