Seller mentioned that item is like new. However, when I received, it has tear, scratch patches on hardware, visible thick dust on leather and flea coming out of the bag. No I don't expect it to be new new but if you say "like new" , those faults should not be there. I mean would any right minded person seriously anticipate such sad conditions from a "like new" claim?
