I sent you a lot of pictures before shipping the item out po nung on hand na. Nagsend dn ako ng actual pics ng bag from my supplier. Bakit kayo nagcocomplain, eh kitang kita sa pics lahat. I also messaged you about the problem pero sineen ninyo ako. If you really want to raise your concern sana nag negotiate tayo. Madami na nag order sakin ng pre order and happy naman sila. Sana hndi kayo nag review para lang siraan business ko. Nakaka sad lang dahil hindi kayo nag effort mag usap sa akin.
