Deal was accepted and mutually agreed on timing and location. Timing was later changed and seller agreed. But seller called off the deal just moments later and even commented he/she can call off the deal just because I changed the meeting timing. His/her excuse was there was another buyer who is able to deal immediately. And he blamed it on me changing the timing which we mutual agreed on. Buyers beware! Seller can simply call the deal off at his/her own convenience!
