She dragged the payment for 5 days, which is fine, but on the day she said she'll make payment, there was no reply from her. The next day I message her saying I'll have to leave a negative feedback, she claimed she WS moving house hence busy and will make the transfer that afternoon during lunch time. After which, she MIA after despite asking if she made the transfer. Deal at own risk.
The first package mailed had the wrong address, thus, the buyer never received her item and left a negative review. Though that is understandable, she was untruthful with regards to the facts of the situation (specifically the timeline), which is unacceptable and disgusting behaviour. Both times, the envelopes (w bubble wrap) cost me $2 each ($1 NM paid) as I do not believe in reducing the quality of my service despite the terrible experience. (T&C was ignored. Proof provided for second package)
