Really sorry for the inconvenience, wasn’t feeling well that day and missed my alarm! Definitely not an excuse but buyer could have gave me a call!! Deal at buyers convenience thereafter for my mistake and apologised in person and buyer said something along the line of “its okay” but gave me a one star review. I guess that’s life :(
