Made an offer and agreed the meeting date and time. I sent gentle reminder the day before the meeting. He agreed to Call me but went MIA. I still went formeeting place and he then responded 15 min late and informed me he was with kid and cannot come. She canceled the 2nd meetup. However, We managed to meet on the 3rd meetup and clear the sale (she paid first this time to show commitment).
