You agreed to buy a T-shirt 2 weeks before collection. You agreed I mark it as sold. The day before the transaction you advised a change of plans. I spent 2 hours liaising with you trying to work out a suitable alternative with you, however nothing I suggested was suitable. Then you unofficially withdrew. You have not formally advised me that you no longer want the T-shirt. You have not acknowledged the difficulties you caused and even tried to blame me. Your behaviour is extremely juvenile.
