Poor service and communication. The owner sent me a long list of T&Cs, which I agreed to. I made my arrangements early based on the agreed collection date, but was turned down on the very day I was supposed to collect the clothes. Very frustrating and disappointing. However, she did apologise, which I appreciate.

Hi Auni, thanks for the review. As per the long T&C, it was mentioned that BOOKING PAYMENT must be done 3 DAYS PRIOR to agreed pick up date. However, I did not receive any request for my bank details. You also did not ‘confirm’ the pick up date as you said you will & suddenly reached out last minute at night to pick up on that night itself. All in all as mentioned in the long T&C that you have supposedly read, I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUSPEND RENTAL FOR PARTIES THAT DOES NOT COMPLY. Thanks
