Went for a trial session and it was a great experience. Almost the first time trying reformer Pilates, did one trial at studio before also. Nit provided more guidance as compared to studio session and Nit was able to provide detailed explanation for the targeted areas for each move. She also gave an overall body assessment & advise the areas that require improvement & share how she could help.

I have been going to Nit for 4 months for a 80mins 2-3 times a week! I am so glad i made the switch to her from weight training as she help me look lean and tone just in time for my wedding! She has an eagle eye and able to spot if you working out the correct area! enjoyed her lessons as she is so fun to talk to and makes you feel like you are working out with a friend!! def gonna cont forever!!

Nit is an excellent Pilates instructor. She definitely knows her stuff. Helps me correct my posture and can detect my weak side. I’m happy to have found her and I look forward to her classes all the time. I attend 1.5 hours/ class with Nit and its super worth it. Kudos Nit! I attended Pilates group classes before however classes with Nit is 100x more productive! Looking forward to every class ❤️

Definitely a good session with Nit but perhaps a clearer communication is needed for pricing on package. As my first session with her was on 30th Aug. Different pricing package was noted last heard on 30th Aug and today's message. But nonetheless, it's still a great session.
