Disappointed to have met this type of seller in the Carousell community. Seller listed Xiaomi 20000mAh power bank as authentic, after purchase and comparing with friends, it turns out it was a knockoff, approached seller with issue in order to solve it like adults. Seller kept dodging the issue(act blur live longer) really disappointed to see Carousell's name being soiled by sellers like him.
I sell a few of the powerbank which I buy extra from qoo10, you say is a fake product and only you complain. I tell you to deal with the seller you don't want.I selling at loss and you want me for refund 😭😭😭

Buyer made offer on the price I'm selling but no reply after that offer. I reply immediately after his offer but no reply all the while.
I was on duty that time, not always keep my phone with me. Still seller is expecting reply within 30min. I am new and I don't know this policy in the carrousel. Next time I will standby and look only in the phone for the reply. It is totally unfair and disappointed...
