I love the Pet Dryer! Jane was very helpful in showing me the features. I considered getting the Small... but got the Medium as my Ragdoll can then sit up instead of just lying down. I can also put my Munchkin in with her.. there's plenty of space! The dryer is warm and never too hot. At first the cats were anxious but after some time, they relaxed and settled down (they were wet from their bath) to groom themselves. They liked the cool air function and I like that I can pet them through the zip

the seller is nice and delivered the item on time. have been use it for 5days, all my 4 cats loves it, when one of them is using, the other 3 will watch and wait patiently for the litter robot to rotate. one thing to take note, should change the litter bag every 3 days(maximums4 days), if not there will be some little flies inside. the sleep mode is useful, can sleep peacefully without waking up in the middle of the night hear the machine rotating.
