Engaged them at a very last minute before going overseas. She manage to reply fast and deliver the needs to my cats with minimal instruction given. Also, able to update us on our cat with photos everyday without asking them. Will definitely engaged them again for the services in future.

she was really accommodating and caring even though i forgot to bring some stuff! she also took really good care of my rabbit for a long period despite it being at such short notice :) would definitely like her to take care of my rabbit again!

Reasonable price and friendly care giver for my cats. Daily pictures were sent with regard to my cats well being. My cars were also able to adapt with the environment. Even with my delayed flight, they patiently wait for us to fetch our cats. Recommended care giver.

The care giver was very accomodating to my cat, romeo. she agreed to care for my injured romeo at the very last minute notice and took care of my cat very well like her own while I was outstation. She maintains good communication with regards to romeo. The care giver is also industrious in a sense she's willing to go through the extra mile for Romeo which I really really am thankful. I left the care of my cats with Rayisha for over 2 weeks. During their stay, I received regular and very thorough updates regarding my cats which kept my heart at peace. Previously, my cats always came back overly stressed from other homes but it seems they were more relaxed under Rayisha’s care. Thanks!

Recommended pet caretaker if you need any. Was able to look after our 2 cats for more than a month while we reno our flat. Kept updating us of their well being and even let us house visit them from time to time. Price was very affordable and payments was easy. Would definitely use the caretaker services again in the future.
