Actual item didn’t have tags, the colour looked washed out and even had a brown stain on the inside. Highly doubt it is brand new. However, it was not disclosed prior and seller refused to acknowledge or take any responsibility for it… Didn’t feel comfortable with the questionable hygiene especially post pandemic but seller wasn’t understanding at all, insisted no refunds and MIA. Disappointed. :(
