Item was up for around 3 weeks at 100. After talking to seller a bit and submitting an offer at the set price, the seller disappeared. After coming back the price was suddenly changed to 300 without warning or mention just that they could not see my original offer anymore and told me to cancel and resubmit my offer to new price Item said to have very stretchy garter but garter is very loose/dead

Hello. I notified you that I mislabeled the item after you asked about the price change. I then proceeded to ask if you will still get or not, which then you said you’ll think about it. Then you negotiated and I agreed. You made it sound like I left you no choice in your review which is unfair. The garter was not loose. It was stretchy enough to fit plus size.
