A real disappointment n a mistake to hv bought them. The ice packs were slow to freeze n quick to melt. Totally opposite of what I need. Hope to sell them back as I had them for only 1 day . But u said no so even greater disappointment. I decide to forget this bad experience n throw all of them away.
Hi topcat88, i am sorry u had this bad experience. As the icepack were used, they were working fine when i used them last time. However upon ur comment, i immediately took the remaining ice pack to feeeze. They took approximately 3 to 4 hours to freeze and remain cool for more than 6 hours when i placed them next to the window at singapore room temperature. Hence ur allegation is untrue.
Very quick and fast deal. Ice pack bought looks new and not used before. Cheap and good buy. Recommended.
