first time i dealt with her, had an amazing experience. Was fuss free and patient, the package came in after just one day. However, when i asked for an exchange, all the problems arose. She answered me much later than she promised and communication was difficult. Since she is on holiday, i tried to be patient. I finally sent the shoes back, she informed me that it had been received and would be sent in two days. It's been a week and i have no shoes nor explanation. Extremely fed up at this point
