Agreed to COD but didn’t revert on the timing & subsequently did not reply messages. Had reserved the item due to buyer is under quarantine & had missed out on selling the item off to another genuine buyer. Suspect ungenuine buyer. Do not waste time liaising & accommodating to this person.
