The seller sold me on the spot a dress that is stained and say sorry and mention it can be washed away. I tried washing it but the long stains remain. Approach the seller for refund or change a new dress. She say must pay for a new one. I told her cannot this is not my fault but she do not bother to reply. I ask her to wash it for me she dont reply. A unscrupulous seller that has no integrity and no service. Please stay away from her unless you want to be cheated with her poor QC clothes.
I already inform the buyer that the dress is stain,at that time I thought the stain can be wash away and I did not wash for the buyer is for hygiene purpose.Ridiculously, she even want to pass me to wash away the stain for her..It's the factory which sold me this made a mistake.She was talking rudly despite I tried to be patient.Moreover,the other dress I sold the buyer is perfectly fine. MY BIO ALREADY STATED NO REFUND.Please kindly read my bio before making a payment:)Im not a cheater btw☺rude
