I queried about the 2 dresses I bought as I found out that it wasnt as described and had faults which wasnt mentioned. She was happy to help and offered to send me back the money for one of the dresses however didnt follow through. I Contacted again to ask however she hasnt got back to me for awhile now. :(
Hi there - i rarely use this anymore and hadnt seen your messages - i did suggest drycleaning or a lint roller/battery powered cutter as it is simply lint - which isnt a fault in the dress. It does also state no returns in the description. As discussed ill send you back $20 for drycleaning costs. Hopefully that works. Thanks
