I don’t know why blocked my account as the transaction had already completed and the parcel sent to the buyer. I mentioned the goods by post with risk under buyer. And the postage will take more than a week from post office in this period. As I have more than 200 good record in carousell hk, I believe u can investigate the case instead of block my account.
